Delivery info. . .
We are very proud of what we do and that makes us very precious about the finished products we create.
To ensure our high standards are maintained, we personally deliver every order – because of this we currently only offer delivery to customers based in Kent.
That’s not to say, we don’t leave the county. Sometimes the lure of an exciting project will lead us to venture further afield – we have been known to travel as far as Manchester to work on a spectacular corporate job! But, this only happens for really BIG projects – please get in touch if you have something in mind.
Delivery Date & Time
When you place an online order, you will be asked for a preferred delivery date & time during the checkout process. The more notice you can give us, the better chance we will be able to accommodate your preferred date & time.
We like at least one week’s notice, preferably two and beyond – we have bookings as far as two years in advance, it’s never too early to book your balloons!
Once we’ve received your order we will check our diary to confirm the delivery ASAP – if for any reason we can’t, we will suggest the closest alternatives – we’re usually very accommodating.
It’s also worth noting that lots of our products can be made up and delivered in advance of your event. So if we can’t make the day, delivering to you the day before could be a good alternative.
